Click sign up to create your free Webconnect shipping address.
Start Shopping/Making Drop-Offs
Begin shopping at your favourite online stores and/or allow your relatives to deliver packages to your free Webconnect address. Once a tracking number is provided, create a pre-alert on your profile for your package/packages.
Delivery Notification
Once your package is delivered to your Webconnect US warehouse address, you will receive a notification that we have received your package. (Please reach out to us if you have not received this notification within one to two days after your merchant informed you that the package was delivered.
Arrival Notification
Your package will be placed on the next flight to Jamaica. Once the package arrives in Jamaica, you will be notified. This is when we will conduct our clearing process, which normally takes one to two days. (Please keep in mind that if notification is sent on a weekend, we will begin the clearance procedure on Monday.)
Available for Pickup/Delivery Notification
Once packages are successfully cleared, you will receive a notification that states the amount due for collection of your package.
