1. Will I be charge duties?
Customs fees will be applied to shipments with an invoice value of $100 USD or more. This means that you will be assessed customs duties if the total cost of your package, including any insurance and shipping fees, is higher than this sum.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not facilitate return shipments. If you want your products delivered back to the US quickly, you can think about using FedEx or another courier service.

Yes, we deliver outside of Kingston by using Kutsford and Zipmail.

10. What size items do you ship?
All sizes are available for shipping. You shop it, and we’ll get it to you. 😀
11. Will I be charged storage?
Members will be charged storage of 70 JMD $ per day, 7 days after package is billed by Webconnect.
